REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We maintain a transparent and customer-friendly approach, while following UAE consumer guidelines.

1. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

 

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours with photos/video proof. A replacement will be arranged as per availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and usage standards, most sports gear, accessories, and personal-use items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

5. Payment Reversals
Approved refunds (only in defect/wrong-item cases) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
